Episode 11: Amateur cooking contest. Catherine and Debbie from Lasham in Hampshire kick off the Southern region in their Jane Austen inspired regency restaurant Persuasion.
Episode 8: The next contestants are former refugees Razan and Reda, who host a 'Sharazan or Arabian Nights' themed restaurant at Reda's local college in Huddersfield.
Episode 7: Amateur cooking contest. The 'Hunter Gatherers' team, married couple Angela and Rob, stage their themed restaurant 'The Natural Bounty' at their home in Northallerton.
Episode 6: Amateur cooking contest. Family team Linda and Simon from Wakefield are the first restaurant of the Northern region. Their themed restaurant at home is 'Proper Yorkshire'.
Episode 5: Amateur cooking contest. Award-winning Scottish chef Jimmy Lee joins Michael and Prue as a guest judge to decide who will make it to the next stage of the competition.
